TRAVEL
HOTEL: Must be the same hotel as the client - 1 room per photographer | 2 nights domestic | 3 nights international
FLIGHT: Roundtrip flight per photographer | Nonstop | Book by our team then invoiced for reimbursement
TRANSPORTATION: Uber or car rental costs are to be invoiced for reimbursement.
TRAVEL FEES WAIVED: If the full balance is paid upfront. This only applies to domestic (US) weddings.
